Our Story
We were born to solve what communities were asking for: a single company, with criteria and regulations.
From our offices in Rivas Vaciamadrid, we serve communities, housing developments, hotels, and sports complexes in the eastern area and the rest of the Community of Madrid. Our commitment is clear: qualified technicians on payroll year-round, coordinated service, and direct attention to the administrator.
We are not an intermediary. We design each proposal on the ground, execute with our own team, and are personally accountable to the board. That is what communities recognize and what makes us grow.
