How often do you visit the pool during the season?
Between 1 and 5 weekly visits during the swimming season (with a minimum guaranteed visit), depending on capacity, pool volume, and applicable regulations. Each visit is documented in the official logbook.
What water parameters do you monitor?
We measure free and combined chlorine, pH, conductivity, redox, turbidity, and temperature. If the pool requires it, we also perform microbiological analyses according to RD 742/2013.
Do you do season openings and closings?
Yes. We include deep cleaning, chlorine shock, filtration equipment inspection, replacement of consumable elements, winterization, and controlled reopening with stabilized parameters.
Do you supply the chemicals?
Yes. We work with certified professional products and include them in the quote, preventing the community from having to manage separate orders.
Do you handle emergencies outside of business hours?
We have an incident response service for clients under contract, with quick responses for issues with turbidity, leaks, pump failures, or chlorination system breakdowns.
